Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a handcrafted woven item that will be made specifically for your order. These items are marked as "Preorder" on our website and require 10-12 business days for crafting before shipping. We collect full payment at checkout and will fulfill your order once your custom piece is completed.
Pre-order Payment Processing
Full Payment at Checkout: We collect full payment at the time of ordering for all pre-order items. Your handcrafted item will be created specifically for you and shipped according to the 10-12 business day processing timeline, plus 3-5 business days for delivery. You'll receive order confirmation when you place your order and shipping confirmation when your item is completed and ready to ship.
Canceling Pre-orders
Before Shipping: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before we ship your item by contacting us at returns@weevyn.com with your order number. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Photography Rights: For all pre-order items, we reserve the right to photograph your completed piece for our marketing materials and social media before shipping. This helps us showcase our craftsmanship and may feature your item in future promotional content.
After Shipping: Once your pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can request a return or exchange under our standard Return and Refund Policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery.
Pre-order Timeline Updates
We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays beyond our standard 10-12 business day processing time. If a delay occurs, you may choose to:
- Continue waiting for your custom handcrafted item
- Cancel your pre-order for a full refund (including any shipping charges paid)
Ready-to-Ship vs. Pre-order Items
Ready-to-Ship Items: Items marked "In Stock" are finished woven pieces that ship within 2-3 business days and are not considered pre-orders.
Pre-order Items: Items marked "Preorder" are handcrafted specifically for your order and require 10-12 business days for creation before shipping. These follow the cancellation policy outlined above.
Payment Security
All payment information is processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We never store your complete payment details on our servers, and all transactions are protected by industry-standard security measures.
